GETTING MY SPAM TEXT TO WORK

somebody video clip called me yesterday eight/six/24 from my son's gmail , I thought it absolutely was him then I answered, no-one was there to reply, I hung up, then texted my son he reported it was not him, will that be a way for scammers to go into my cellphone and obtain my info???? what need to I do?Don’t click on links or respond to unpredi
